It’s a real pleasure to be considered at this hotel. Everything is fine. Staff is very friendly. A real pleasure to be here I have been treated differently in many other mercure. This one is one of the best, I will recommend it if you are travelling and willing to stay next to the embassies or business center

Hotel was awesome. Services was good. Staff co operation was remarkable. Next time definitely I will stay in Mercury hotel only. Food was mix with Indonesian n others too. Immediate taxi facility from hotel. Fendy and his staff kind n supportive.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Gatot Subroto Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is superb—very comfortable with great rooms and an excellent breakfast. I particularly want to commend the front staff, especially Dwiky, who handled my check-in and check-out process. He was incredibly helpful and resolved all my issues efficiently. Dwiky's problem-solving skills and friendly demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Dwiky, and the Mercure team!

The first room allocated was facing the busy highway, the window not double glaze hence its very noisy at night. I got no choice but to request for room change at the middle of night. 2nd room facing the other side of the highway and also noisy, but at least is much more better than the first room. Not recommended to stay here if you are light sleeper!

Room is good, food is very nice with to many choice. receptions are nice. this's the 3th time I stay here and never disappointed. this hotel is recommended for business trip, vacation, or just to enjoy the time with couple. and Parking is free..:)
